ORS-Sorb® is Florida Equipment And Restoration, Inc.’s (FEAR) newest product and local engineering firm, Royal Consulting Services, Inc. (RCS), has taken on the initiative to test it on American soil.

Ms. Mora presented various advantages of the product, including biodegradability and non-toxicity. ORS-Sorb® is non-flammable and non-sinking, making it a recyclable product after a simple bacterial treatment.
It has the capability to absorb all liquids, including liquids less dense than water and, as a result, the absorbed liquid, such as oil, can be recovered by compressing the absorbent. ORS-Sorb® comes in the form of a powder, solid block, pillow, special collectors, and barrier containers and its waste material can be used as a soil fertilizer. ORS-SORB® was used in Ogoni, Nigeria by the Ministry of Environment to cleanup a site at Yorla Oil Field with excellent results.
